House Deals Direct is Chris's company. It buys property directly from owners and offers investment opportunities to investors. Property owners get a simpler way to sell; investors get access to off-market deals with the numbers set out clearly.
What we do, and how
- Property acquisition
- We buy property directly from owners who would rather not list: houses, condos, multi-unit buildings and land, in a range of conditions.
- Off-market opportunities
- Some of the properties we secure are offered to investors privately rather than listed on the open market, with the figures that matter for each strategy.
- An investor network
- Investors tell us what they buy, where and at what price. We use that to decide who hears about each opportunity.
- Disciplined evaluation
- Each property is assessed on its own details. Estimates such as ARV and repair costs are always labelled as estimates, never presented as guarantees.
- Direct communication
- Owners and investors deal with the people making the decisions, not a call centre. Questions get straight answers, and what's agreed is put in writing.
