Send the address and, if you like, the type of property, its condition and when you'd like to sell. It takes about a minute.
Step 02
House Deals Direct reviews the opportunity
Chris looks at the property, the area and what you've shared, and may ask to see the property in person.
Step 03
Discuss potential purchase terms
We talk through a possible direct purchase, including price and timing. You're free to say no at any point.
Step 04
Complete the transaction if both parties agree
If you go ahead, the terms are set out in a written agreement and the sale closes through the lawyers.
For investors
